1. How do I join?
It's easy and only takes a few minutes!
First, we recommend that you carefully read
Membership Details
for complete information about the membership offer.
Then, pick out your selections from our best-selling products
and add them to your shopping cart. To add a product to your
shopping cart, just click on the "add to cart" button.
When you have chosen your selections, proceed to the "Sign Up"
page by clicking on the "click here to Checkout-Now" button. This
will begin the simple application process.
Complete the one-page application by entering all of the
information requested on the application form.
Then click the "Submit" button to view your receipt.

2. When will my order arrive?
Orders are shipped by U.S. Postal Service. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery -
although we are confident you'll get your
Columbia House products even sooner.
When you become a member, you'll be able to refer to your
Account Information on our members-only site to check the status
of all your orders.

3. Will I receive Columbia House DVDs every month?
It's up to you. Each month we'll let you know about your
Director's Selection.
It's always the latest DVD. If you want the Director's Selection
just sit back and relax - we'll send it to you automatically.
You'll always have at least 10 days to decide if you want to keep
it. If you don't want a Director's Selection, you may return
it at our expense, and we'll credit your account or
the credit card you used, You can reply by either visiting the website
or sending us the response card by the reply date. It's that easy!

4. What is my membership obligation?
Please refer to the offer details in the promotion you
received to determine the number of DVDs you agreed to buy at regular Club
price when you joined. You're free to cancel your membership at any time after
you have fulfilled your membership obligation.

6. How do I check out?
When you've selected all of your available introductory DVDs, you'll be automatically taken to a page to confirm your selections and shipping and processing charges.
Once you've confirmed your order, click "Submit" to complete your membership application. Within one week, we'll send you an email letting you know whether or not your membership application has been approved.
If you are approved, you will receive your username and password in the same email as your membership approval. With this information, you will be able to log-in and shop on the site.

7. Do I need to pay tax?
We collect taxes in states where applicable. That tax is paid to
your state and/or local tax authorities. Many states require us
to collect tax on the total cost of your order, including
shipping and processing.

8. Are Columbia House's DVDs as good as the ones from a store?
Yes. They come to you factory-sealed, and we guarantee each and
every one of them. If you ever receive a DVD that's defective or
damaged, we'll replace it or credit your account.

9. Will my complete order arrive in one shipment?
There are a few possibilities. Some of the products
you order may temporarily be out of stock. If that's the case, it will
say so on the invoice you receive with your shipment.
Or, some of your products may be shipped separately from a different
warehouse. In this case, you'll receive the second portion of your order
shortly.
Note: There are no additional shipping and processing charges for split
shipments. We reserve the right to limit the number of selections we will
send. Multiple quantities of particular selections may also be limited.

10. How do I return an item?
We always strive to offer our members the lowest prices and the best service possible.
In order to serve you better, it is important to outline the Columbia House policy regarding returned product.
Member Ordered Selections - Opened Product
Opened product can only be returned for an exchange of the same title if it is packaged incorrectly or defective.
A written explanation plus your membership account number must be sent with the product within 30 days of the original shipping.
Member Ordered Selections - Unopened Product
Unopened product can be returned for a credit within 30 days of the original shipping date,
however, you will be responsible for the original shipping and handling charges (including taxes on them if applicable),
and the credit you receive will equal the invoice amount less these charges.
If you have an item you'd like to return, you can request a postage paid label
by clicking on the Returns & Exchanges area of our site under Your Account, and we'll
mail you a return label and instructions right away.

13. How does billing work?
When you joined you authorized us to charge your
introductory package to a credit or debit card, or you asked us to
bill you and you paid by check. We will continue to apply your payments
according to your initial preference for all future shipments and charges,
including Director's Selections, unless you notify us to change your
billing preferences through Customer Service.
